Description
Baby's First Sippy Cup

If you have ever bragged about your baby, even once, you will love these baby badges from Meritorious Baby.  Use these badges in scrapbooks, sew on baby bags, clothes, send to grandparents or come up with your own novel idea!

Each badge measures 2" in diameter and comes with a Certificate of Merit.  Badges can be sewn or ironed on (see FAQ below).

Meritorious Baby uses 100% post consumer recycled paper for all internal printing, as well as 100% post consumer recycled cardstock and soy based inks for all product printing.

FAQ
How To Attach Patches to Fabric:
Meritorious Baby merit badges are iron-on, so you can quickly and easily attach them to many items.  However, if the item will receive a lot of wear and tear, or will need to be going through a washer and dryer regularly, we recommend that you follow the sewing instructions.

How To Iron-On Patches:

Set your iron to the hottest setting, but turn OFF
the steam! Place the patch on the desired location
and cover with a pressing cloth (like a kitchen towel
or a t-shirt).  Using the dry, hot iron, press down firmly over the patch, and hold it for 30-40 seconds.  (If possible, turn the item inside out, and re-iron from the other side for 30-40 seconds.) Remove the iron and pressing cloth and test the patch (it will be hot, so be careful!).  If it's not fully stuck, re-cover it and re-iron it for 15 more seconds.

How to sew on patches:

Using a strong needle and black thread (unless you want your sewing to show, which could be cool too), and go up and down around the patch, making small stitches on the outside, and being as messy as you want on the inside.  10 or 15 stitches spaced around the patch will definitely hold through a toddler's pulling and tugging.  If you need more help, try visiting one of the following websites:
